Established in 2021 by 3 FDNY Firefighters with the intent to not only better themsevles and stay into the job, but to spread their knowledge and experiencese. Teaching everyone from the probie to the senior guy to build their fire ground confidence. Trying to better the fire service everyday.

The Modern Fireground:
Standpipe OperationsThis hands-on course provides firefighters with essential knowledge and practical skills at operations in buildings with Standpipe Systems. In the modern era of firefighting, buildings equipped with standpipes is becoming more common everywhere. This course is designed for every position on the fire ground from nozzle to chauffeur. You will learn the fundamentals of standpipe connections, deployment and advancement, and develop the ability to troubleshoot common issues
Searching With ConfidenceThis hands-on course is designed for firefighters who want to enhance their confidence and skills in conducting a search and victim removal. You will learn how to safely and effectively search ahead of a hose line, above the fire while only relying on yourself. You will learn basic and advanced principles for primary searches and VEIS.

Jon has over 20 years in the fire service, with the dream all starting when he was about 5 or 6 when he would spend countless hours with his dad at his volunteer firehouse. He quickly learned he wanted to become a firefighter. At 14 years old he started in upstate New York in the Dewitt Fire Department as a volunteer in 2001. Joining FDNY in 2015 as an EMT working in the South Bronx. In 2017 was promoted to Firefighter. Assigned to 65 Engine out of probie school. After spending 3 years there he transferred to Tower Ladder 12 in Chelsea section of Manhattan, and became a ladder company chauffeur.
Mike grew up in a firehouse following his father around as early as he can remember. In 2002. At 14, he joined the Logan Twp Fire Department. At 16, he became an EMT. At 18, he obtained his firefighter 1 certification. In 2013, he joined the FDNY working as an EMT in Harlem. In 2015, he was promoted to firefighter, where he was assigned to Engine 65 in Times Square. 2017, he became an engine chauffeur. After 7 years in midtown, he transferred to Engine 307 in Jackson Heights Queens, where he eventually ended up "crossing the floor" to Ladder 154.

Jon “Leo” Leonor is a first generation firefighter. At the age of 18, his career started as an EMT and worked in both 911 and transport. In 2013, he became an EMT for the FDNY working in Harlem. In 2017, he was promoted to firefighter, where he was assigned to Engine 65 in Times Square. After working at Engine 65 for three years, he transferred to the Upper West Side to Tower Ladder 35. During Jon’s first year at 35, he removed a victim from a high rise fire that awarded him the Arthur J. Laufer Memorial Medal. A year after his award, in 2022, he became a Ladder company chauffeur where has been protecting the Upper West Side to this date.
